Where do I begin??!!!…This store is Under New Management and Raquel Is Amazing!!! It was my first time in a Rec state and to be honest it was Wayy smooth and easy!! It was great how they’re set up with the Kiosks and you can always talk with the Bud-tender and they can give you suggestions if you have any questions about your order or product. Andrea and Rosie are the Best!! They were very helpful and welcoming to answer any of my questions. I’m sad I had to fly back home, but Absolutely next time I’m back in town I’m coming to visit Raquel and her Amazing Staff 🫶

Always helpful and wonderful staff. Lexi was super friendly while helping me pick out my order. Probably one of the cleanest dispensaries I’ve been to. I stopped in to look at the different options they had and was given a bunch of helpful tips towards my purchase. Will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Its my third time here. I did order online in order not to wait in line, they didnt want to take me in because my Israeli identification document (international drivers license) is not enough for them. The service quality depends on the day i guess. Can’t rely on a place like that.

I went to Rise to pick up an order that I placed online. When I got home one of the Vapes I paid for was not in the bag. I called to speak to someone in the store was on hold for 40 minutes and no one answered. So customer service is not good. So I got ripped off. Be careful to check your order and make sure you get what you ordered and paid for. Real disappointed in Rise. Have shopped her numerous times. I am looking for new dispensary. I do not trust them.

Lexi takes care of me every time i stop by. I feel like i can ask her any question and it’s not a dumb one. She recommended something to help with my sleep and she knew right away what to recommend for me. She never steers me wrong!

I had a wonderful experience at rise. I was very unsure. What product would be best for me and my wants but Daniel was extremely helpful and making sure I got what I needed. 10/10 customer service, I would highly recommend for all, and great location. Thank you Daniel for making my experience at rise a great one, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Is it just me or has EX (Exclusive) been moldy for some of you? I tried them out a few times and everytime it leaves this old water (like laundry left in the wash too long) smell on my fingers... I ONLY get GoodGreen now as they have always been great with quality and freshness!

This place might be a good option for some people, but didn't work for me at all. Was unable to connect with anyone on the phone, it's very difficult to find the location, it's in a medical building with zero signage. And I didn't find the staff working today to be particularly helpful. I shared that I had placed an online order, but was still told to go to a kiosk to place an order. Again, maybe I'm missing some secret handshake or something about this place, but plenty of other much more convenient and staff friendly dispensaries to visit in the area
